Yoga & Qigong: Relax on the beach or in a beautiful room of the hotel: balance, direct energy flow and better focus! The exercises are performed standing.
Mindfulness & Meditation: taking a breath. A moment of letting go of thoughts so that new positive and creative impulses can surface. These workshops are structured so that you can participate in regular clothing.
Themes can include: meeting break , a relaxed and informal get-together, collaboration, de-stressing, awareness of tension (eutony), focus.
