Yerseke is the heart of the Zeeland oyster culture. At the Oesterij, you’ll discover the fine art of this craft and enjoy a guided tour along the oyster basins. Spread across various areas, you’ll see how, where, and by whom the products are cultivated. You’ll also get to see how they are stored, sorted, and packaged. Afterwards, you can of course taste different types of oysters accompanied by a glass of white wine.
