It depends on your booking. If you have booked the FLEX rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 14:00 on the day before arrival.

If you have chosen the non-refundable rate, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel your booking.

If you have booked more than 5 rooms, the Uniform Catering Conditions apply.
